Make.com Automation Developer — API Integrations, Twilio & Looker Studio

We're looking for an experienced Make.com Automation / Integration Developer to build an automation workflow and reporting dashboard for a client project in the field service industry. We already have detailed technical documentation, including the proposed workflow and API interactions. We're looking for someone who can not only build the automation, but also review the proposed approach, validate the API capabilities, identify potential limitations or edge cases, and recommend improvements where appropriate. Experience with Jobber's API is especially valuable for this first project, but we're also interested in developers who have worked with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar field service platforms. Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred, but we're open to strong candidates globally. --------- What you'll work on: -Build a multi-step Make.com automation triggered by webhooks from a field service management platform -Integrate with REST/GraphQL APIs using OAuth 2.0 -Execute API queries and mutations based on workflow events -Integrate Twilio for outbound and inbound SMS -Build workflow logic using schedulers, routers, status checks, and conditional actions -Log workflow events and relevant data to Google Sheets, Airtable, or a similar datastore -Build a Looker Studio dashboard with operational and financial metrics -Implement appropriate error handling and monitoring for critical workflow steps. ----------- Required skills: -Make.com: multi-step scenarios involving webhooks, routers, schedulers, datastores, conditional logic, and error handling -API integrations: REST and/or GraphQL APIs, OAuth 2.0, webhooks, queries/mutations, and API troubleshooting -Twilio: outbound/inbound SMS and webhook handling -Looker Studio: dashboards connected to Google Sheets, Airtable, or similar data sources -Ability to read and work from technical documentation in English We're looking for someone who can contribute technically and challenge assumptions when needed, not simply execute a predefined Make.com scenario. -------Strongly preferred: -Hands-on experience integrating Jobber, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar field service management platforms -Spanish-speaking --------To apply, please answer the following: 1. What did it do, approximately how many modules did it contain, and what was the most technically difficult part? 2. API / OAuth experience Suppose you need to integrate a third-party API using OAuth 2.0, but Make.com doesn't provide the native integration you need. How would you approach authentication and token refresh? 3. Field service platform experience Have you worked with Jobber, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or another field service platform API? If yes, briefly describe what you integrated and your role in the implementation. If not, briefly explain how you would validate whether an unfamiliar API's endpoints, webhooks, authentication, and limitations can support a proposed workflow before development begins. This is an initial project, but we're interested in finding a reliable developer we can work with on future automation and integration projects if there's a strong fit.
