Make my completed THRILLER submission-ready

My completed thriller has been beta-read, writing-group lauded, and had a couple of rounds of self-editing done. Needs a professional editor with an eye for plot weaknesses, pace slips, hackneyed tropes and God-help-us punctuation mea culpas AND IMPORTANTLY, the ability to rectify them. Its in Intermediate-level English (I am happy to take feedback on simplification, but the book needs someone who can review some heavy passages just so they can suggest how to simplify). Warning: Book is based on a serial-killer theme and touches on sexual and non-sexual violence, so if you are queasy, you might want to sit this one out.
