Malaysia Creator & Lifestyle Participant Sourcing Partner

We are TaviaVerify, a lifestyle content agency working with creator-style content and participant sourcing across Asia. We are looking for sourcing partners who can help us find suitable participants in Malaysia for online lifestyle content projects. This role may be suitable for recruiters, creator managers, influencer managers, photographers, community connectors, social media managers, local sourcing specialists, or agencies with access to lifestyle and social media networks in Malaysia. This is a performance-based sourcing role, not an hourly role. Payment will be handled through Upwork milestones and tied to approved participant onboarding outcomes. Good-fit participants are adults aged 25–60 who already have normal lifestyle or social-media-style content. They may already post everyday photos or videos such as selfies, food, cafés, travel, fashion, hobbies, outings, city walks, or daily life content. They do not need to be professional influencers or models. Everyday social media users with suitable lifestyle content may be a strong fit. This is not an adult-content project. We do not need NSFW, sexual, or inappropriate content. Selected partners will receive approved project materials after the contract starts. All communication, contract setup, and payments will remain on Upwork.
