Manage Growth & Customer Acquisition for AI Translation Chat Bot (Europe / Asia / US Markets)

MODOU AI (landing page: https://modou.app) is a chat bot that lets two people who don't share a common language communicate in real time via instant messaging whether with a customer abroad, a distant friend, or a business partner. MODOU AI also features an Ambassador Program: using a personal referral code, influencers can earn revenue by encouraging their community to use the product. We're looking for a growth and digital marketing expert to drive subscription growth and build brand awareness across three priority markets: Europe, Asia, and the United States. Mission Objectives Increase MODOU AI's visibility in these markets (brand awareness, qualified traffic); Improve the visitor-to-subscriber conversion rate on modou.app; Grow recurring subscription revenue; Build and scale the Ambassador Program as a low-cost acquisition engine. Responsibilities Design and execute a multi-market acquisition strategy (Europe, Asia, US), with messaging and channels tailored to each region's culture and language; Recruit, activate, and manage a network of ambassadors/influencers (micro and macro) in each target market, leveraging the existing referral program; Develop the messaging and assets provided to ambassadors to maximize their conversions (media kits, sample content, tracked referral codes); Manage digital advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads depending on the market) to complement organic acquisition through ambassadors; Identify and leverage channels relevant to a conversational translation product: expat communities, travelers, international freelancers/remote workers, import-export SMEs, multilingual content creators; Optimize the landing page conversion funnel (A/B testing, localized landing pages); Set up and track key performance indicators (customer acquisition cost, conversion rate, MRR, churn, per-ambassador/referral code performance); Monitor the profitability of the Ambassador Program (commission cost vs. value of acquired subscribers). Requirements Proven experience in growth marketing / customer acquisition for a SaaS product or consumer app, at an international scale; Demonstrated experience in influencer marketing / affiliate or referral programs, ideally managing content creators across multiple markets; Strong command of advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) and analytics/conversion and affiliate-tracking tools; Cross-cultural sensitivity: ability to adapt messaging for Europe, Asia, and the US; Fluent English required; additional languages (Mandarin, Spanish, German, etc.) are a strong plus given the product's positioning; Prior experience with a product related to language, translation, international communication, or travel is a strong asset.
