Recruiting Source and hire qualified cleaners Manage the hiring process from screening to selection Onboard new workers and collect required documents Maintain and update the worker database 2. HR Management Maintain contracts and employee records Handle worker communication and concerns Support conflict resolution Assist in workforce planning 3. Training Onboard and train new cleaners Clearly explain job expectations Ensure workers understand procedures and standards 4. Support Operations Schedule and assign cleaners to jobs Coordinate teams and manage job schedules Confirm attendance before shifts Ensure all jobs are completed as scheduled Communicate updates with clients ✅ What We’re Looking For Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong communication skills Reliable and consistent Able to manage multiple tasks and people Looking for long-term growth and stability
