Summary

Lead end-to-end money movement operations for a growing platform. You will manage payout routing, liquidity, and exceptions, ensuring funds are available before they are needed and resolving issues when payments cannot be processed through standard flows. You will also own reversals, refunds, and recovery cases, coordinating finance updates and maintaining an auditable record of each case. The role includes improving existing processes into reliable systems that can run with minimal oversight. This is an operating role with a build mandate, so you should be comfortable turning working processes into scalable operations.
