Manga Artist for One Shot Manga

I'm looking for a professional Manga artist to help me create a 60 Page One-Shot Manga. I will need them to transcribe my story board into professional manga pages. I need someone who has created art for a manga before and understands: Layout, composition, shading etc, and is able to give suggestions for how it should be presented along the way. They also need to have experience with print design for manga/comics. DESIGN DOCUMENT SPECIFICATIONS The art files will have to be designed for printing manga pages, high DPI black and white resolution etc, and .PDF files exported individually. There is a detailed design document of world, characters, and art direction I can share once a candidate is selected. PROJECT TIMELINE 1-2 Weeks, the project needs to be completed within this timeframe. COMMUNICATION/RESPONSIVENESS: If selected, the project may begin with a call to layout the vision direction of the scope. It is very important that the artist is responsive during the project for questions, reccomendations, and is able to do calls when needed to solidify the vision of the project.
