Manga / manhwa YouTube editor, 2 videos a week

I run a YouTube channel covering manga and manhwa, and I need an editor to work with me on it every week. This is ongoing, not one video. The work per video: - Cut a finished video of roughly 10 minutes from the script and assets I send - Animate the visuals with camera moves, panel reveals, and timed transitions that follow the beat of the narration - Sync the voiceover, add sound design and background music, and mix so the dialogue stays clear - Burn in accurate subtitles - Design the thumbnail, or work to a thumbnail brief if I supply one Volume is 2 videos a week, and I want the same style across all of them. The budget above is per finished video, not per hour, and we will set up one milestone per video. Send me your rate per video. What I need from you: - A portfolio with manga, manhwa, or anime-style edited video in it. Generic vlog editing is not the same skill. - You work in After Effects or an equivalent, because static images with a slow zoom will not hold an audience - You understand YouTube retention: the first fifteen seconds, pacing, and where viewers drop - You deliver on schedule, every week, without me chasing Answer these in your proposal: 1.
