Manual QA Engineer for Native iOS App

Promom is a native iOS app for pregnancy and motherhood support. The app includes onboarding, pregnancy and postpartum tracking, calendar logging, a kick counter, baby tracking, food and recipe tools, an AI assistant, push notifications, subscriptions, and iOS widgets. We need an experienced manual QA engineer to test TestFlight builds on real iPhones. You will find defects, confirm fixes, run regression tests, and give clear release recommendations. Responsibilities Review requirements and identify gaps, risks, and unclear behavior. Create focused test plans and test cases. Run smoke, exploratory, functional, and regression tests. Test different iPhone screen sizes and iOS versions. Test offline use, slow networks, failed requests, and interrupted requests. Test app backgrounding, force quit, relaunch, and device restart. Test notifications, permissions, deep links, widgets, and subscriptions. Write precise bug reports with screenshots or screen recordings and add them to Jira. Give a clear recommendation before each release. Each bug report must include the environment, preconditions, reproduction steps, expected and actual results, reproduction rate, severity, priority, and evidence. Required experience Proven manual QA experience with native iOS apps At least one real iPhone available for testing Good knowledge of iOS permissions and app lifecycle behavior Strong exploratory and risk-based testing skills Ability to write short and precise bug reports Good written English Screening question You have 90 minutes to test a TestFlight
