Manual QA Tester
Worldwide
We are looking for native English (UK)/French/German/Italian/Spanish-speaking Manual QA Testers to help us evaluate and ensure the high quality of booking pages and campaigns on the Trip.com website and app. As part of this role, you will use our AI-driven FET Platform to perform user-focused testing and identify issues to ensure that campaigns are ready for launch. Your feedback will also contribute to improving the performance of the AI platform itself, making this a key role in our quality assurance and AI optimization process. This is a freelance, remote position, ideal for individuals with an eye for detail, a strong understanding of user experience, and an interest in enhancing AI technologies. ________________________________________ Responsibilities: • Evaluate campaigns on the Trip.com website and app by performing manual, exploratory testing on the front-end. • Use the AI FET Platform to assess the functionality, visual appeal, and usability of campaigns, ensuring they meet quality standards before launch. • Identify and report issues related to campaign displays, including UI inconsistencies, bugs, and user experience problems (e.g., slow loading times, broken links, or incorrect visuals). • Simulate real user interactions to spot issues that may impact the overall user experience. • Provide detailed bug reports to developers, including clear steps to reproduce and suggested fixes. • Improve AI performance: Your human feedback will contribute to enhancing the AI’s ability to optimize campaigns and refine future predictions. • Test accessibility and user-friendliness for a wide range of potential users, including those with accessibility needs or slower internet speeds. • Collaborate with the development and product teams to refine the AI testing process and improve overall campaign quality. ________________________________________ Key Skills and Requirements: • Native-level proficiency in English (UK), French, Italian, German or Spanish (written and spoken). • Attention to detail: Ability to spot visual glitches, usability issues, and any inconsistencies in the UI. • User empathy: Think like the end-user to identify potential pain points, such as slow-loading pages, difficult navigation, or issues with accessibility. • Strong communication skills: Capable of writing clear, actionable bug reports and providing feedback to developers. • Experience in manual testing, particularly in UX testing or front-end testing • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS concepts is a plus (not required to write code, but helpful for understanding front-end structures).
