Our customers use it to stay audit-ready in a heavily regulated sector. When our software breaks, real providers fail real audits. Quality is not a nice-to-have here. We are hiring a full-time Manual QA Tester to own day-to-day testing across the platform. You are the last line of defence before anything reaches a customer. What you will do Write and execute test cases across web application features Run functional, regression, cross-browser, and end-to-end testing on each release Log clear, reproducible bug reports with steps, expected vs actual, screenshots, and severity Verify fixes and close the loop with engineering Test AI-generated outputs for accuracy and consistency, not just whether the button works Maintain and grow regression suites as the product expands Report quality status each sprint to the product and engineering leads What we are looking for 4+ years in manual software testing, ideally on web applications You write bug reports a developer can act on without a single follow-up question Comfortable testing complex workflows with multiple user roles and permissions Strong written English Available and responsive during a consistent daily overlap with the Australian team Experience with Jira, TestRail, or similar Nice to have Exposure to healthcare, compliance, or other regulated software Basic API testing (Postman) Interest in moving toward test automation The setup long-term engagement USD 400 per month, paid monthly Independent contractor arrangement Fully remote, you provide your own computer and internet Schedule and daily overlap agreed with you on the call
