Manual Thumbnail Creator for YouTube

I need someone to build high-CTR thumbnails for my YouTube podcast episodes every week, manually, not through AI image generation. The ideal candidate will have experience in graphic design and video editing, and be able to create thumbnails that attract viewers and increase click-through rates. This is a part-time role with a long-term engagement. It's a long-form interview podcast with the most interesting people I can find across the realms of innovation, research, and human achievement. New episodes release every Monday, with 104 already recorded, and 95 live on the web. I'll focus on recent and future episodes first, then we'll work through the backlog if we start noticing an increase in viewership and subscriptions.
