# Manual Workers Needed — Earn $7/Hour Recording Your Work **Job Type:** Independent Contractor / Freelance **Contract Type:** Fixed-price, per-hour-block (paid per approved hour, capped at $7/hr; starter block is 2 approved hours = $14) **Location:** LATAM — must currently do hands-on manual work (warehouse, cleaning, hospitality, retail, food service, construction, agriculture, manufacturing, automotive, field services, or household chores) **Category:** Data Entry & Transcription Services → Data Collection **Start Date:** ASAP --- ## Job Description **This is not a video editing job.** We're looking for people who already do physical, hands-on work — warehouse staff, cleaners, construction workers, hotel/hospitality staff, farm workers, mechanics, or people doing everyday household chores — to record short, first-person videos of the work they already do, using a lightweight head-mounted phone. You don't edit, film, or produce anything — the app just records and uploads automatically. ## The Offer 💰 **$7.00 USD per approved hour** — that's the rate, capped at $7/hr. To start, we begin with a **2-hour trial block ($14)** so you can get comfortable with the setup and we can confirm your footage passes quality review. After that, there's no cap on how many hours you can go on to record. ✅ Paid per approved hour ✅ No ceiling on hours after the starter block ✅ Payment triggers on approved footage only ## What You'll Do 1. Wear a lightweight head-mounted camera 2. Do your job like normal — warehouse, cleaning, hotel, retail, kitchen, construction site, farm, workshop, auto shop, wherever you work 3. Footage uploads automatically through the app 4. Get paid for every approved hour, starting with your first 2-hour trial ## Requirements - **No video editing, filming, or camera/production experience required or wanted** — this is for people who work with their hands, not behind a camera - Currently work a hands-on role in one of the qualifying sectors above - Comfortable wearing a head strap and recording your work (with consent from anyone else on camera) - Qualifying phone: iPhone 12+ (excl. 16e/17e), Pixel 6+, or Galaxy S21+ - A head strap/mount for the phone (or willingness for us to provide one) ## Screening Questions 1. How many hours per week can you realistically commit to recording, after your 2-hour trial? 2. Do you already have a head strap/head-mount for your phone, or do you need one provided? 3. Would you be willing to refer friends or coworkers who'd also qualify?
