We're looking to expand our network of independent recruiters who specialize in manufacturing and engineering talent. About the Role We're seeking an experienced Manufacturing & Engineering Recruiter/Sourcer to support active client searches. This is a recruiting-focused role—you'll partner with us to source, engage, screen, and help place top talent for our clients. This opportunity is ideal for recruiters with experience filling manufacturing, engineering, construction, industrial, skilled trades, or technical positions. What You'll Do -Source and identify qualified candidates for active client openings. -Conduct outreach, screening, and initial candidate assessments. -Present qualified candidates with interview notes and recommendations. -Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. -Collaborate with the Founder to develop sourcing strategies and recruitment plans. -Help deliver an exceptional candidate experience from outreach through placement. What We're Looking For -Experience recruiting within manufacturing, engineering, industrial, construction, or technical industries. -Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Indeed, Boolean search, job boards, and other recruiting tools. -Ability to identify and engage passive candidates. -Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. -Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple searches independently. -Experience recruiting for roles such as engineers, estimators, project managers, skilled trades, manufacturing leadership, operations, or similar positions is highly preferred. Compensation: This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity. Compensation is commission-based and paid upon successful placement and collection of the client invoice. Typical commissions range from $2,000 to $10,000+ per placement, depending on the client, role, and placement fee. Multiple active searches may be available at any given time. Location: Remote within the United States.
