ManyChat Expert Needed for Facebook Automation Fix

We’re looking for an experienced ManyChat Specialist for a one-time project focused on improving our DM automation, lead generation, and conversion flows for an established ecommerce brand. This is not just a basic automation setup project. We want someone who understands how to use ManyChat to turn social engagement and inbound conversations into leads, customers, and measurable business results. WHAT WE NEED Review our current ManyChat account and identify opportunities for improvement. Build and/or improve ManyChat flows connected to Instagram and Facebook comments, keywords, posts, promotions, and other triggers. Set up appropriate triggers, tagging, segmentation, conditions, follow-ups, and automation logic. Improve the customer journey and identify areas where users are dropping off. Create conversion-focused messaging that helps move people from engagement into leads or purchases. Make sure all flows are clean, organized, tested, and functioning correctly. Track the performance of the flows created or improved and provide a clear summary of the work completed. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Strong hands-on ManyChat experience. Experience with ecommerce, lead generation, and conversion-focused DM automation. Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook DM marketing. Ability to build advanced ManyChat flows independently. Good copywriting instincts and strong English communication. Detail-oriented, reliable, proactive, and able to take ownership of the project. PROJECT EXPECTATIONS This is a one-time project, not a monthly retainer. We want someone who can review what we currently have, identify the highest-impact opportunities, execute the necessary improvements, test everything thoroughly, and leave us with a clean and functional ManyChat system. We care about measurable results. The goal is not simply to build automations, but to create flows that can contribute to lead generation, conversions, and revenue.
