Job Title: Market Researcher / VA for Deep-Dive Audience Profiling Job Category: Market Research / Marketing Support Project Type: One-time project Job Description: I am looking for a sharp, research-oriented Virtual Assistant to build a comprehensive, psychologically driven audience profile for my brand from scratch. I will not be providing raw survey data or a list of responses. Instead, I need you to dive deep into my niche (analyzing competitor accounts, social media comments, forums, and market trends) to extract the true, underlying psychology of my target audience. You will be responsible for doing the heavy lifting to figure out exactly how my audience thinks. Key Deliverables: Audience Segmentation: Create a breakdown of the different types of people in my audience (e.g., "Future Influencers," "Path Seekers") including demographics like estimated age and income. Pains and Fears: Identify what they are genuinely afraid to admit (e.g., fear of wasting years, feeling left behind, dependence on others). Hidden Desires: Uncover their deeper goals (e.g., wanting freedom, purpose, or to feel proud, rather than surface-level desires like "I just want money"). Limiting Beliefs: Document the mental blocks holding them back from taking action (e.g., "I'm not special," "It's too late for me"). Sales Objections: Compile a list of the real objections they will have when I pitch a product (e.g., "no money," "takes too long," "imposter syndrome") so I can address them in my marketing. Requirements: Strong background in market research, consumer psychology, or digital marketing. Ability to read between the lines of social media comments and reviews to find deep pain points. Experience building highly detailed buyer personas. Excellent written English to organize the findings into a clear, presentation-ready format.
