We are currently evaluating four potential locations for our future expansion: Sofia, Bulgaria Bucharest, Romania Ljubljana, Slovenia Skopje, North Macedonia We are looking for one experienced Market Research / Market Entry Consultant to conduct a comparative assessment of all four markets and help us determine the most suitable location for establishing an accounting and finance outsourcing office. Scope of Research The assessment should cover: Talent & labor market: availability of accounting and finance professionals, talent pool, salary benchmarks by seniority, English proficiency, recruitment challenges and key competing employers. Recruitment ecosystem: main job platforms, recruitment agencies, universities and graduate talent pipeline. Competitive landscape: key accounting, outsourcing, SSC/BPO and professional services employers competing for similar talent.
