Market Research & Strategic Analysis ​Global Market Overview: Market size, growth rate (CAGR), current trends, and demand drivers for freeze-dried fruits (e.g., mango, banana, berries) and vegetables (e.g., sweet corn, herbs, green peas). ​SWOT Analysis: Thorough Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats analysis of entering the global freeze-dried segment from India. ​Key Categories & Applications: Insights into top-performing product formats (e.g., bulk ingredients vs. retail snacking, powders vs. slices/cubes). ​2. Trade Data Mining & Importer Analysis (Volza / Trade Databases) ​Buyer & Importer Extraction: Extract verified buyer/importer details from platforms like Volza. ​Company Name, Location, Contact Person / Procurement Head, Email, and Website. ​India Export Analysis: Identify who is currently buying freeze-dried fruits/vegetables directly from Indian exporters. ​Top Importing Nations: Rank major importing countries for freeze-dried products, including shipment volumes, average pricing, and HSN codes. ​Competitor Profiling: Identify top Indian suppliers/exporters currently shipping to international markets. ​3. Reporting & Formatting ​Organize all extracted trade data into clean, easy-to-read Excel / Google Sheets workbooks with filters (Country, Buyer Name, HSN Code, Volume, Last Order Date). ​Provide a concise executive summary slide deck (PDF/PPT) highlighting key insights and actionable market entry strategies. ​Required Skills & Qualifications ​Proven experience in b2b market research, trade data analytics, and export market analysis. ​Proficiency with trade intelligence tools: Volza (preferred), TradeMap, Panjiva, Zauba, or ImportKey. ​Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (Pivot tables, data cleansing, formatting). ​Familiarity with Food & Agribusiness, specifically preserved/dehydrated food products, HSN codes, and international trade dynamics. ​Deliverables ​Master Excel File: Clean database of active buyers/importers (including contact details, countries, order history, and Indian exporter connections). ​Comprehensive Market Report (PDF/Word): Growth trends, SWOT analysis, major importing hubs, and product segment breakdowns. ​Executive Pitch Deck (5–7 slides): Visual summary of findings and strategic recommendations. ​Screening Questions for Candidates ​Do you currently have active access to Volza or similar trade databases (Panjiva, TradeMap, etc.)? ​Can you share a sample of a previous trade data extraction or market research report you completed for the food/export industry? ​How many days do you estimate it will take to extract and clean the buyer dataset for freeze-dried products?
