Market Research & Recruiting Specialist – Cold Calling

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Market Research & Recruiting Specialist to help us identify potential candidates, conduct market research, and perform outbound cold calls. The ideal freelancer should have strong communication skills, be comfortable speaking with people over the phone, and be able to collect and organize accurate information. Responsibilities Conduct market research to identify potential candidates and relevant contacts. Build and maintain candidate/contact lists. Make outbound cold calls to potential candidates. Introduce the opportunity professionally and answer basic questions. Qualify candidates based on our requirements. Collect and update candidate information. Follow up with interested candidates when required. Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-ups. Enter and organize research data in Excel or Google Sheets. Provide regular updates on calling and recruiting progress. Requirements Previous experience in cold calling, recruiting, telemarketing, or market research. Strong spoken English and professional communication skills. Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls. Good internet connection and a reliable phone/calling setup. Strong research and data-entry skills. Ability to follow scripts and detailed instructions. Good attention to detail and organization. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Previous recruiting experience is a plus. Tools Experience with the following is preferred: Google Sheets / Excel CRM systems LinkedIn Google Search Calling/VoIP platforms Applicant tracking or recruiting tools What We Expect Accurate research and data collection.
