Market Research for Rental Business Opportunities

Seeking a market research freelancer to evaluate rental-business opportunities in New York City, eastern Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. This is not a generic market-sizing project. I need practical local research to assess viability, including customer demand, local competitors, pricing, reviews, service areas, booking process, search demand, keyword activity, evidence of rental vs. purchase behavior, startup and operating economics, delivery/storage considerations, and regulatory, insurance, or liability concerns. Findings should be entered into a structured Excel workbook with source URLs. We will start with a 5–8 hour test covering 3 concepts. Strong work may expand to approximately 14 opportunities across NYC, Boston/Cambridge/Somerville, eastern Massachusetts, Newport/coastal Rhode Island, and Cape Cod.
