Yellow House Systems is a marketing agency focused on building webinars for coaches, consultants and agencies to bring them more leads and more clients. Our current clientele range from the biggest established business owners and content creators with 500K-5M followers each on Instagram, doing multiple 7 figures each. 🎯 Your Role We've built a custom AI system that runs most of our marketing agency. Every day it scrapes new leads, builds personalized landing pages for them, drafts client copy (emails, ad scripts, webinar slide decks, copywriting sequences), and runs quality checks so nothing generic-sounding ever ships to a client. It's deployed 600+ landing pages so far and handles most of our recurring client work. It integrates with clickup, and handles a lot of client fulfillment. We're hiring you to take the keys: keep it running, extend it as we onboard new clients, and own every system that touches a client deliverable. Bonus if you have marketing knowledge. You’ll work directly with the founder to design, build, test, and deploy AI automations, internal tools, knowledge bases, workflows, and agents that improve sales, fulfillment, operations, client experience, and internal efficiency. 🧩 Key Responsibilities Build AI-powered workflows using Claude Code and other modern AI tools Create internal tools that improve team efficiency and reduce manual work Develop AI agents for sales, support, onboarding, fulfillment, and operations Build and maintain company knowledge bases Integrate systems using APIs, Zapier, MCPs, Airtable, Clickup, CRMs, and other tools Identify bottlenecks and propose automation opportunities Create documentation and SOPs for systems you build Improve internal reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence Stay current with emerging AI tools and technologies Collaborate directly with leadership on strategic projects Higgsfield Be an AI coach teaching what we're building (1x call / week to a coaching community) ex: Claude Code AI systems Automation Agents Technical implementation ✅ You’re a Fit If You… Have experience building AI systems, automations, or internal tools Have used Claude Code extensively Understand APIs, workflows, databases, and system architecture Can build solutions independently without needing constant direction Think in systems, not tasks Can clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical people Are resourceful and can troubleshoot problems quickly ⚡️ Project Expectations Weekly project reviews Fast and clear communication Ownership of outcomes, not just tasks Continuous system improvement Documentation of all major builds & SOPs Building solutions that create measurable business impact 💰 Compensation $2,000 - $7,000/mo+ (Based on experience) Company wide profit-share Performance bonuses tied to systems deployed, revenue generated, or operational efficiencies created 🧠 How You’ll Be Onboarded Training on our systems, dashboards, and funnels Walkthrough of client examples & SOPs Access to templates, data dashboards, and workflows Slack access + weekly syncs
