Marketing Assistant (Martech & Creative Focused)

Growing marketing agency requires assistance of a "swiss army knife" marketing assistant who can support key areas as follows: 1/ Creation and launching of landers (primarily creating the framework with AI, updating content, and publishing pages) - Training can be provided, HTML knowledge helpful but not required. 2/ Creative and writing ability - Here is where you need experience in writing ads for Google Ads and/or META ads. You will be responsible for writing new ads, running split tests, and making key decisions based on conversion data. Also, providing reports around these tests showing the results. 3/ Updating client work logs and creating monthly reports. (training provided on the system we use) 4/ Reviewing call, lead form, and other data for lead quality and lead scoring 5/ Reviewing client budgets weekly and addressing any key issues through budget adjutments. 6/ Reviewing Google Ads query reports and applying negatives to assigned accounts. We need someone to start up to 20 hours per week. The role could grow to more hours if desired, but not required. You will need to be available on slack m-f generally during business hours, for around a 3-4 hour window or so daily while you are working on the weekly tasks. **If interested, send 1 example google RSA and 1 example META ad you created including video and/or image assets utilized**
