Summary

I run two businesses: a custom home builder and a mortgage branch. I need one person who can do many marketing things well and sees opportunity. This person needs to be able to take an idea I share with him/her and turn it into a finished project without me managing every step. Responsibilities include building lookbooks for marketing to professionals, overseeing our GoHighLevel CRM to ensure marketing optimization, managing social media and small ad budgets (custom audiences mainly), using AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude, and owning projects start to finish. Strong written and spoken English required. Hours: ~10–12/week the first month, then 5–8/week ongoing. Paid semi-monthly. Real growth potential for the right person.
