Marketing Assistant- Promotion of Wholesale real estate business/Lead Generation

I am looking for someone to assist with the social marketing of my real estate business to help to generate leads. You must have some background in this field and be familiar with uploading any potential leads to a CRM, as well have the abilities to take any photos after the leads have been inputted and turn them into proper advertisements to send out to potential clients. Sourcing clients to our buyers list and sending them weekly emails/texts with up to date advertisements of what is available, and tracking this within a CRM. Ontario Canada and Michigan will be our primary targets at this time. We are a small business looking to grow in the Real Estate wholesaling space. There may be more opportunity after this is completed.
