About the Role We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our Social Media Manager and Business Strategy Manager. This role is ideal for someone tech-savvy, process-driven, and eager to grow in a marketing environment. You’ll manage administrative and tracking tasks inside Notion, update content calendars, and support BrightLocal review monitoring. Skills & Qualifications: • 1–2 years experience as a Marketing Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Social Media Coordinator. • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Notion, or Excel. • Basic familiarity with BrightLocal, Canva, or similar marketing tools (training provided). • Excellent written English and attention to detail. • Reliable internet connection and consistent availability.
Deliverables- Update and maintain Notion dashboards (posts, KPIs, BrightLocal data).
- Track review activity across 3 Google Business Profiles using BrightLocal.
- Compile weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Record engagement metrics (views, likes, reviews) into KPI Tracker.
- Upload captions, images, and assets into the content calendar.
- Schedule posts approved by the Business Manager.
- Monitor new Google reviews and flag any negative feedback.
- Log daily Facebook Group activities (engagement and referrals).
- Maintain organized digital files for images, videos, and reports.
- Work directly with the Social Media Manager for daily task coordination.
- Provide administrative support to the Business Strategy Manager.
