Champion Rehab is a growing therapy management organization dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care while building meaningful connections within the communities we serve. We currently provide speech, occupational and physical therapies to adults and children. We also consult with several local and national healthcare agencies to provide contract therapy, case management, staffing services, management and operations consulting, and educational speaking engagements. As we continue to expand, we are investing heavily in our brands, digital presence, community engagement, patient experience, digital assets, educational programming, and leadership visibility. We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing & Content Manager who can help tell our story, strengthen our market presence, and drive meaningful growth across multiple brands, locations, and leadership platforms. This is not an entry-level marketing position. We are looking for an experienced, execution-oriented professional who can take ownership, move quickly, and produce high-quality work with minimal oversight. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, storyteller, content creator, video producer, community builder, and brand ambassador. POSITION SUMMARY The Marketing & Content Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives, managing social media platforms, producing video and photo content, supporting public relations efforts, building community partnerships, managing brand reputation, and growing visibility for Champion Rehab and affiliated brands. The successful candidate will manage content calendars, create compelling stories, oversee social media growth, produce multimedia content, coordinate community initiatives, and support leadership branding efforts. Candidates must provide a portfolio showcasing relevant content creation, social media management, marketing campaigns, video production, branding, and storytelling work.
