Marketing Designer for Organic Social (Figma)

We’re looking for a designer to support our e-commerce brand and marketing team across social media, banners, carousels, and other digital assets. We’re looking for someone who’s **scrappy, fast, and comfortable working in Figma**. You should be able to take a direction, run with it, and quickly create multiple variations of an asset without getting too precious about the process. We move quickly, so someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can turn around strong work quickly is ideal. **To start:** This posting is primarily for a **$20 paid test** where we’ll have you create a handful of different Instagram carousel concepts. We’re using this to get a feel for your design style, speed, and how you approach creative. If it feels like a good fit on both sides, we’d love to move into a **monthly contract or ongoing hourly work**.
