Marketing Specialist (SEO/Email/Copy/Automations)

We introduce owners of private businesses to buyers. We need a marketing generalist who writes exceptionally well and helps run our email and web layer without supervision. Part-time, 20 hours a week to start. What we need from you - Lifecycle emails for our product and more (onboarding, alerts, follow-ups, re-engagement..) Write them once, build them, watch what they do. - Landing and guide pages in Webflow from existing templates, forms wired to the right place. (experience with Webflow is strongly preferred) - Blog and guide uploads for an SEO program where AI writes the drafts: you structure, add internal links, check facts against the source, publish. - Help with podcast scheduling, release guest outreach - Repurposing: a podcast episode or a guide becomes email and social copy - Help with overall marketing tasks Who you are Exceptional written English. 1+ or more years writing for B2B, finance, or professional-services audiences, with samples. You run Brevo, or Klaviyo, HubSpot or ActiveCampaign at the automation level and can learn Brevo in a week. - You can work in Webflow CMS editor - You use AI writing tools daily and edit what they produce to a bar - What you ship does not come back for a second round. You like finishing work more than discussing it. - Strong understanding or education in the economics/corporate finance/mid-market business/M&A dynamics preferred Nice to have Private equity or M&A vocabulary. SEO execution. Zapier or n8n. Basic HTML and CSS. Claude Code. How it works Contractor, 20 hours a week to start, hourly, async, with two or three hours of overlap with US Eastern afternoons.
