Summary

I am a professional Architect in the US for the last 40 years. I would like to transition out of providing architectural design services to a more advisory and consulting practice. I could advise and assist small real estate developers as well as home owners looking to develop small to medium projects. My strengths are initial design strategies for both individual buildings and community building projects. Ideally I would have a steady stream of short consulting and charge hourly fees for consultations.
