Marketplace Listing Specialist — Amazon AU & eBay AU

Your job is to take those brands from zero to live, well-optimised listings — and then keep them running. We're an established online watch retailer with a New Zealand entity, and we're expanding into Australia. We hold authorised dealership for 7 watch brands and we need them listed and selling on Amazon AU and eBay AU. What you'll do - Set up and manage our Amazon AU (Seller Central) and eBay AU accounts - Build listings for our 7 authorised brands: titles, bullet points, item specifics, images, A+ content - Handle brand registry, category and gated-brand approvals, and authorisation documentation - Bulk-upload and maintain the catalogue via flat files or a feed tool; keep pricing and stock accurate - Fix suppressed, stranded and duplicate listings; keep account health metrics clean - Manage buyer messages, returns and disputes - Report weekly on what's selling, what's stuck, and what to fix next What you need - 2+ years running Amazon and eBay seller accounts (Australian marketplaces preferred) - Experience listing branded products and getting through brand/category gating - Strong with flat files and spreadsheets — you can clean and upload a few hundred SKUs without breaking things - Good written English for listing copy and buyer replies - Able to work independently and own the channel Bonus: cross-border selling into AU (especially from an NZ entity), FBA, Shopify, or a background in watches or jewellery.
