Medical Content Writer & Graphic Designer for Patient Education Handouts (Long-Term Project) We are a functional and integrative medicine clinic looking for a talented medical content writer with graphic design experience to help modernize and brand our patient education materials. Project Overview We have approximately 100 patient education handouts (mostly one-page A4 documents) covering a variety of health topics. The medical content already exists. Your role will be to: Rewrite and improve the wording while preserving the original medical meaning (original, copyright-safe content—not simply copying or lightly editing). Make the language clear, professional, and easy for patients to understand. Brand each handout with our clinic logo, colors, and visual identity. Create a clean, modern, and premium-looking layout. Add appropriate, high-quality medical graphics, icons, or images that enhance patient understanding. Ensure consistent formatting and branding across all documents. What We're Looking For Excellent English writing and editing skills. Experience writing patient education or healthcare content. Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or similar). Ability to create visually appealing, professional educational materials. Attention to detail and consistency. Experience working with functional, integrative, or regenerative medicine is a plus. Deliverables Professionally rewritten patient handouts. Consistent clinic branding throughout all materials. Print-ready and digital versions of each document. Editable source files (Canva, Adobe, or other agreed-upon format) along with PDF versions. Project Size Approximately 100 one-page handouts. This is expected to be a long-term project with ongoing work as new educational materials are created.
