Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to extract medical entities and code medical records using HPO, SNOMed, LOINC, and AMT systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical coding and a strong understanding of medical terminology. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with complex medical data. The project is to code ~20 documents, mix of synthetic and real patient records (consented). The outcome is to create a Gold Standard set of coded documents, to be used as comparitors for AI coding benchmarks.
