Medical Forms Specialist: Case Completion & Quality Assurance

About the Role We're hiring a Medical Forms Specialist to ensure every patient receives accurate, high-quality leave documentation. Our AI completes the majority of each form, you'll review the medical record, verify the AI's work, make corrections where needed, and prepare cases for provider signature. This role is ideal for someone who is exceptionally detail-oriented, works quickly, and enjoys improving systems over time. Responsibilities - Review patient medical records and supporting documentation. - Review and quality assure AI-generated medical forms. - Correct inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and formatting issues. - Complete any remaining sections the AI could not fill. - Ensure every form is accurate before provider review. - Communicate with providers when clarification is needed. - Maintain accurate case status within the CRM. - Track outstanding work and own cases through completion. - Identify recurring AI errors and provide feedback to improve automation. - Meet turnaround time and quality targets. Requirements - Exceptional attention to detail. - Fast, accurate typing. - Comfortable using AI tools in daily work. - Experience with Preview or Adobe Acrobat. - Comfortable using keyboard shortcuts and multiple applications simultaneously. - Able to follow standardized processes consistently. - Strong written and spoken English. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. Success Metrics - Cases completed per hour. - QA accuracy. - Provider correction rate. - Turnaround time. - Percentage of forms requiring no edits after provider review.
