Summary

We are seeking a bilingual Medical Virtual Assistant to support our healthcare team at Miami's Nuceria Health Wellness clinic. You will from from 9am-5pm EST time. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and communicating with patients in both English and Spanish. We need someone outgoing, sharp and that is ready to give the best customer experience out there. Our Medical VA will help up with outbound and retention calls. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical administration and be comfortable with data entry and phone communication. Experience with Mindbody or similar patient CRMs is highly apppreciated. This is a LONG TERM POSITION.
