Medical Writer – ASH

We need an experienced medical/scientific writer to finalize and submit an abstract to the American Society of Hematology (ASH) Annual Meeting today, before the submission deadline. Scope of work: Review and polish a near-final hematology-related abstract (title, background, methods, results, conclusion) for clarity, formatting, and adherence to ASH abstract guidelines (word count, structure, style) Ensure compliance with ASH's submission requirements (word limits, table/figure rules if applicable, disclosure statements) Submit the abstract directly through the ASH online submission portal on our behalf (we will provide portal login/access details) Confirm successful submission and share the confirmation receipt/number with us Requirements: Prior experience with ASH or other major medical conference abstract submissions (AACR, ASCO, ASH, etc.) Strong understanding of hematology/oncology terminology Meticulous attention to formatting and submission rules
