Thanks :) Project Description I am a nursing student in Queensland, Australia, looking for substantive academic editing and rubric-based feedback on a 1,500-word assessment for a Mental Health course. This assessment is worth 50% of the overall course grade. Editing & Review Process I will provide my own draft for the initial review. I am looking for substantive/developmental academic editing rather than basic proofreading. The draft should be reviewed carefully against the assessment instructions and marking rubric. The review may include: * Identifying criteria that are not sufficiently addressed * Substantial structural recommendations where necessary * Strengthening critical analysis and academic argument * Identifying areas requiring stronger evidence * Improving integration of academic literature * Improving academic tone, clarity, coherence, and flow * Checking whether the discussion directly addresses the assessment requirements * Reviewing in-text citations and the reference list * Correcting APA 7 issues * Providing comments explaining significant recommended changes I prefer Track Changes together with comments. Minor language or APA corrections can be made directly using Track Changes, while significant content, reasoning, or rubric-related changes should include comments where useful. After the first review, I will personally review the recommended changes and revise the assessment myself. If sufficient time remains before the deadline, I may return my revised version for one additional review. I do not expect more than 1–2 review rounds because of the short timeframe. Previous Assessment Feedback This is the second major assessment for the same Mental Health course. The previous assessment was also approximately 1,500 words, and I received 30/50. Detailed marker feedback is available. Although the university does not guarantee that both assessments will be marked by the same person, I can provide the previous assessment and marker feedback if useful. Target Standard My target is at least 80%, with an aspirational target of 90%+ / Exemplary level where supported by the marking rubric. The supplied rubric should be treated as the primary benchmark when reviewing the assessment. Grade-Based Performance Bonus The guaranteed base payment for this assessment is US$120. An additional grade-based performance bonus of up to US$30 will be available after the university releases the final result, bringing the maximum total payment to US$150. The applicable bonus will depend on the final university grade and the performance level defined by the supplied marking rubric, according to the bonus arrangement discussed with the freelancer. The final grade awarded by the university will be used to determine the applicable bonus. This arrangement does not mean that the freelancer is expected to guarantee any particular university grade. I am particularly interested in freelancers who can work efficiently under tight deadlines while still providing detailed, rubric-focused feedback rather than superficial proofreading. Important: This project is for academic editing, tutoring, research guidance, and feedback. I will provide my own draft, review the freelancer’s recommendations, make my own subsequent revisions, and remain responsible for authorship and the final submitted assessment.
