A comparative summary of key studies, methods, metrics, and findings. - Identification of research gaps and methodological limitations. - Recommendations for the most suitable research framework based on the existing literature. A comprehensive list of high-quality references from peer-reviewed journals, conference proceedings, standards, and technical reports. *Preferred Qualifications* - Strong background in civil engineering, transportation engineering, architecture, lighting engineering, or a related discipline. - Demonstrated experience conducting systematic or state-of-the-art literature reviews. - Excellent academic writing and critical analysis skills. - Ability to locate and synthesize high-quality scientific resources from reputable databases.
