Mentor/Consultant Needed - E-commerce Founder

E-Commerce Growth Mentor / Profitability Consultant I’m the founder of a growing e-commerce apparel brand generating approximately $500K in annual revenue. I’m looking for an experienced e-commerce operator, mentor, or consultant who can help me scale the business profitably and build stronger financial and operational discipline. This is not a request for a generic business coach. I’m looking for someone who has personally operated, scaled, or advised consumer brands through the $500K–$5M revenue stage and understands the challenges that come with inventory, paid acquisition, cash flow, margins, and sustainable growth. What I Need Help With * Evaluating the overall health and profitability of the business * Understanding whether our gross margins, contribution margins, and operating expenses are healthy * Identifying where profit is being lost across product costs, fulfillment, shipping, discounts, returns, advertising, and overhead * Establishing clear financial targets and benchmarks * Improving cash-flow forecasting and inventory planning * Determining how much we can responsibly reinvest into growth * Building a practical strategy to scale from approximately $500K to $1M+ in annual revenue * Reviewing our marketing efficiency, including CAC, ROAS, MER, AOV, retention, and customer lifetime value * Prioritizing the right products, channels, hires, and initiatives * Creating a 90-day and 12-month strategic growth plan * Providing ongoing accountability and guidance as decisions arise Ideal Background You may be a strong fit if you: * Have built, operated, or advised a profitable DTC or e-commerce brand * Have experience with apparel, activewear, fashion, or inventory-based businesses * Understand e-commerce financial modeling and unit economics * Know how to balance revenue growth with profitability and cash flow * Have helped brands scale through the $500K–$5M revenue range * Can translate financial data into clear, practical actions * Are comfortable challenging assumptions and helping a founder make disciplined decisions * Focus on sustainable business fundamentals—not vanity metrics or growth at any cost Initial Scope I would like to begin with: 1.
