Merchandise Graphic Designer

Seeking a creative designer to develop high quality graphics for print on demand merchandise. The project involves creating an original design based on a provided concept, refined for apparel use. I have attached a concept I would like to develop further and need help with the following: - Replace the current paddler graphic with my logo style paddler (pop up version) - Refine the secondary paddler in the background and add a paddleboard - Adjust and clean up the overall composition so it translates well to apparel Most items will be printed on mid to dark colors such as teal, navy, and black, so the design should be optimized to stand out on those tones.
