Merge Blinq Signature Layout with Linq QR Code into Universal HTML

I need an experienced HTML email developer to create a single, universal email signature file that I can use seamlessly on both my Desktop Outlook and my Mobile phone email client without the images breaking.I currently use a Blinq digital business card signature which renders correctly. I also have a Linq digital card on my phone that generates a QR code. I want a custom-coded HTML signature based exactly on the layout of my working Blinq signature, but with my Linq QR code embedded alongside it. Please provide a clean, table-based HTML template that fulfills these specific requirements: Replicate my Blinq structure using these exact text fields: Name & Title: Fixed Operations DirectorMotto: "Building teams. Driving results. Delivering excellence."Contact Info: Phone link and LinkedIn profile button. Add a dedicated section or side column for my Linq QR code graphic. Convert all images—including the profile graphic/logo and the Linq QR code—into inline Base64 data strings.
