Meta Ads Expert for U.S. Life Insurance Lead Generation

We are a U.S.-based life insurance agency looking for an experienced Meta/Facebook Ads specialist to help us build and scale our own life insurance lead-generation system. We are specifically looking for someone who has previous experience generating U.S. life insurance leads, preferably Final Expense, Mortgage Protection, IUL, or similar life insurance products. The goal is to start with a controlled test campaign and, if the results are strong, develop this into a long-term position as we increase our advertising budget and lead volume. Responsibilities include: Set up and manage Meta/Facebook/Instagram lead-generation campaigns Help create and test ad copy, creatives, audiences, and offers Build or improve Meta Instant Forms and/or landing-page funnels Set up proper campaign and conversion tracking Integrate incoming leads with GoHighLevel CRM Help automate lead assignment and immediate follow-up Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and cost Track CPL, contact rate, appointments, applications, and ultimately cost per issued policy Test different campaigns, creatives, states, and audiences as we scale IMPORTANT — Please apply only if you have relevant experience. How would you structure our first 30-day test? Approximately how many hours would you expect to need for initial setup and ongoing weekly optimization? We will provide the advertising budget and pay Meta directly through our own ad account. Our company will maintain ownership/control of the ad account, campaigns, lead data, CRM, landing pages, tracking assets, and other business assets. This is initially a 1–3 month test, but we are looking for a long-term relationship.
