Meta Ads Expert for Skincare Brand Launch

I’m looking for a proven Meta / Facebook Ads expert to help launch a new men’s skincare brand in the U.S. with a strong focus on ROAS, efficient campaign structure, and profitable customer acquisition. We’re starting with a cleanser + moisturizer kit and need help getting a new ad account off the ground with the right testing strategy, budget allocation, targeting, and scaling plan. I also need support with CREATIVE CREATION and strategy: hooks, angles, UGC concepts, ad copy, static ads, and video ideas that can convert. This is not just campaign setup. I’m looking for someone who knows how to build lean, efficient campaigns, test creatives properly, improve performance, and scale what works. Experience with e-commerce Meta Ads is required. Experience with skincare, men’s grooming, wellness, apparel, supplements, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
