Meta Ads Graphic Designer for E-commerce Brand(s)

We build + run static ads, AI video, and UGC — for CPG and apparel ecom brands. Everything we make is built to run as a paid ad and get measured on performance. Part time to start, full time potential as the roster scales. Fully remote, any timezone. What you'll own: - Turning locked briefs into finished, on-brand statics — copy, concept, and loose layout direction are decided upstream; you execute at a high craft bar, fast - Generating the ad imagery yourself w/ AI image tools — you won't start from a blank prompt box; our in-house image-gen agent handles most of the heavy lifting. You direct it, refine the output, and kill anything that looks fake (hands, fake text, plastic skin — you know the tells, and you keep a real product looking like itself) - Compositing the final ad in Figma, Photoshop, etc — layered, organized, editable source files - Visual hierarchy — one message lands first, at phone size, in under a second - Brand guidelines followed exactly — each brand's fonts, colors, look, and recurring design features - Weekly batch delivery + fast revision turnarounds Must have: - Real reps designing paid social statics that actually ran — ideally for ecom/DTC - AI image generation fluency (GPT Image 2, Gemini/Nano Banana, or similar) — you don't need to be a prompt engineer, our agent covers that, but you can't be starting from zero - A direct-response head — you design for the viewer and the sale, not the portfolio. Pretty doesn't convert; clarity does - Volume tolerance — weekly batches and quick revisions don't scare you; deadlines don't need chasing - Clean feedback handling — you work from a structured brief without friction Not for you if your portfolio is brand identity, logos, websites, or print; you've never touched AI image tools; one ad takes you three days; or you want to rewrite the copy — strategy is locked upstream.
