We need to generate qualified B2B leads from independent gym owners interested in a revenue-sharing model. The target geographies for this campaign are Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chennai. The Challenge This is a strict micro-budget B2B campaign. The ad spend budget is ₹10,000 per month (strictly capped at roughly ₹333 per day). We do not have massive daily budgets to let the algorithm learn, so we need someone who understands how to squeeze value out of every rupee and force the algorithm to find high-intent leads. Required Deliverables Strategy: Design a campaign structure that specifically targets administrative and business interests like "Gym Management Software" or "Business Owner". Creatives: Take raw selfie video footage and edit it into 2-3 optimized video variations by adding captions, text hooks, and a clear call-to-action. Setup: Build out the campaigns, ad sets, and native "In-App Lead Forms" on Meta. Set up an automation (via Zapier or Make) to drop those leads instantly into a Google Sheet. Active Management: Monitor the strict budget of roughly ₹333 per day, pause underperforming creatives, and ensure money isn't wasted on bad placements. Reporting: Provide a clean data breakdown at the end of the month showing total spend, total leads generated, exact Cost Per Lead (CPL), and strategic recommendations for month two.
