# Meta Ads + ManyChat + Sales Funnel Expert I’m looking for an experienced **Meta/Facebook Ads + ManyChat + Sales Funnel specialist** who can help build and optimize a complete lead-generation and sales system. This is **not just a Facebook Ads position**. I need someone who understands how to connect the entire customer journey: **Facebook/Instagram Ad → ManyChat → Lead Qualification → Sales Funnel → Conversion** ### What I Need Help With * Create and manage Meta/Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns * Develop effective ad targeting, audiences, retargeting and campaign structures * Build and optimize ManyChat automations and DM funnels * Create lead qualification and follow-up sequences * Connect ManyChat with the appropriate funnel/CRM systems * Review and improve the sales funnel and conversion process * Set up and troubleshoot tracking, pixels, events and conversions * Analyze campaign and funnel data * A/B test ads, messaging and funnel steps * Continuously optimize for lower cost per lead and better conversions ### The Ideal Person You should have **hands-on experience** with: * Meta Ads Manager * Facebook & Instagram advertising * ManyChat * Lead-generation funnels * Sales/conversion funnels * Retargeting * Conversion tracking * Analytics and optimization * Automated follow-up systems Most importantly, I want someone who understands **why a funnel converts**, not someone who simply knows how to push buttons inside Ads Manager. ### When Applying Please include: 1.
