Meta Ads Media Buyer & ROAS Optimization Specialist
Worldwide
We are a sales and marketing agency seeking a skilled Meta Ads Media Buyer to take provided creative assets and manage paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. Your core responsibility is to turn approved creatives, copy, offers, and tracking access into well-structured Meta campaigns, then actively optimize performance over a 4–6 week testing and scaling cycle to achieve the strongest practical ROAS. This is not a simple “set it and forget it” posting role. We are looking for someone who understands how to diagnose performance, test intelligently, control spend, and make decisions based on data. Responsibilities Build and launch Meta ad campaigns using creative assets and direction supplied by our team. Configure campaign structure, audiences, placements, budgets, pixels/events, UTMs, and naming conventions correctly. Monitor campaign delivery and performance throughout a 4–6 week period. Optimize budget allocation, audiences, placements, bidding, creative rotation, and campaign structure to improve ROAS. Run structured tests rather than making random changes; clearly explain the hypothesis behind each meaningful test. Identify underperforming ads or ad sets, pause them appropriately, and shift spend toward winners. Flag creative fatigue and recommend the type of new creative, hook, angle, or offer needed from our team. Provide concise weekly reporting covering spend, revenue/conversions, CPA/CAC, ROAS, key learnings, actions taken, and next tests. Maintain clear documentation inside Ads Manager and communicate proactively when tracking, creatives, landing pages, or offer quality are limiting results. Required experience Proven hands-on experience managing Meta ads for e-commerce, lead generation, or direct-response offers. Please specify your strongest area. Demonstrable experience improving ROAS, CPA, CAC, or cost per qualified lead—not merely launching campaigns. Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel/Conversions API basics, custom conversions, attribution, audience testing, retargeting, and campaign-budget management. Ability to analyze ad performance and convert findings into clear optimization actions. Comfortable working from existing creative assets while providing focused creative-performance feedback. Strong written English and reliable weekly communication. When applying, please include Two brief, anonymized examples of campaigns you managed, including monthly spend range, objective, starting performance, and the outcome achieved. Your preferred campaign-testing framework for the first 4–6 weeks. How often you optimize active campaigns and what metrics trigger a change. Your experience with our business model: [insert e-commerce / lead gen / info products / local services / other]. Your hourly rate or your fixed fee for campaign setup plus 4–6 weeks of management.
