We're a Miami-based lead generation company launching in the US home improvement market (roofing, impact windows, solar, HVAC). The founder has run lead generation in Europe for years ($150k+/month ad spend), so you'll work with someone who knows Meta Ads inside out — we need a US specialist who knows the local market, angles and compliance. What you'll do: - Launch and manage Meta lead gen campaigns for roofing & home improvement offers - Build and iterate creatives and copy (we can produce UGC video) - Optimize for cost per qualified lead, not just CPL Requirements: - Proven results in US roofing / home services lead gen (be ready to show screenshots: ad account, CPL, volume) - Experience with lead forms and landing pages - TCPA-aware (lead consent, compliant targeting) To apply: tell us your average CPL on roofing, in which states, and at what monthly budget.
