Meta Ads Specialist for Beauty DTC Brand

Meta Ads We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist with a proven track record of scaling beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or personal care brands. The ideal candidate should be able to manage the full Meta advertising process, including campaign strategy, setup, optimization, reporting, and creative development. **Responsibilities** * Develop and manage Meta advertising campaigns * Create strategies focused on increasing sales and improving ROAS * Monitor and optimize campaigns regularly * Develop ad creatives, including static images and video concepts * Identify winning audiences, offers, messaging, and creative angles * Provide a detailed performance report once per week * Clearly communicate results, insights, and recommended next steps **Requirements** * Proven experience managing Meta ads for beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or personal care products * At least two portfolio examples or case studies showing successful scaling of beauty brands * Strong understanding of direct-response advertising and conversion-focused creative * Ability to create or manage the production of Meta ad creatives * Experience analyzing key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, and conversion rate * Strong communication and reporting skills * Ability to work independently and proactively suggest improvements
