Meta Ads Specialist for Ecommerce Business - Proven Track Record Required

Looking for a skilled Meta Ads specialist to take ownership of our paid social. We've got campaigns running but we know there's room to improve - better audience and interest research, tighter ad copy, smarter bidding, and proper conversion tracking across the board. What you'll work on: - Manage and optimise Meta Catalog Ads and Advantage + Shopping campaigns - Fix Merchant Center feed errors and improve product data quality - Implement dynamic remarketing for cart abandoners and past visitors - Manage ad spend and bidding strategies to consistently hit ROAS targets What we need from you: - Solid Meta Ads experience across Meta Ads, Advantage+ Shopping, Audience Network, and Catalog Ads - You know how to set up conversion tracking properly and can fix it when it breaks - Good at audience and interest research and building audience exclusion lists that actually cut wasted spend. - Confident writing ad copy and running tests to improve CTR and Relevance and Quality Ranking This is performance-focused role. You'll be measured on Roas and revenue - so if you can show past results and explain how you got them, we want to hear from you.
