Meta Business Manager Infrastructure Specialist

I need a Meta Business Manager specialist to build and stabilize a clean advertising setup for Robert Buys Houses. This is not a media-buying role. I need help auditing and rebuilding the Business Portfolio, Facebook Page, Instagram, ad account, billing, Pixel/CAPI, GoHighLevel tracking, permissions, backup admins, and account health. I want full ownership/control, the ability to monitor, edit, and launch campaigns myself, and 2–3 legitimate backup admins so one suspended profile cannot break the operation. Please also document asset ownership and recovery procedures. You should have real experience resolving Meta restrictions, integrity flags, admin/permissions issues, and technical ad infrastructure problems. ------Do not apply if your primary experience is simply running Facebook campaigns. I specifically need someone with deep experience in Meta Business Manager architecture, account integrity/restrictions, permissions, asset ownership, and recovery.
